- All the Goods sold by DodoShoes benefit from guarantee conditions according to the legislation in force. The goods are new, in the original packaging and come from sources authorized by the manufacturer.
- For a correct communication of the guarantee certificate corresponding to the Order Goods, the Buyer has the obligations to update whenever necessary the data from his Account and to access the information and documents related to each Order, existing in the Account.
Through this method of communication, the Buyer, accessing his Account on www.dodoshoes.ro, will have a record of the warranty certificates issued by DodoShoes, being able to save and archive them at any time and in any way he wants. .
If this information is unavailable for 48 (forty-eight) hours in the client's account, please notify us of this issue at the email address: office@dodoshoes.ro.
- A 30-day commercial guarantee is granted provided that the instructions for use and maintenance are observed. The guarantee is granted for non-taxable deficiencies to the client and will be insured within 15 days from its notification.
Conditions in which the commercial guarantee is not granted:
- Normal physical wear of the product;
- Defective maintenance (the product was washed in the washing machine, inadequate products were used for cleaning: detergents, solvents, alcohol, acetone, etc.)
- Discoloration, due to prolonged exposure to the sun or other heat source (radiator, hair dryer, etc.);
- The product has been modified
- Damage to the product due to calamities (fire, earthquake, flood, etc.)
- Defects produced by transport, handling and storage in improper conditions (excessive temperature and humidity, hot - cold variations);
- Damage caused by improper, abusive, incorrect and / or improper use, other than that for which the product has been tested and designed;
- Damage to the product caused, voluntarily or involuntarily, by mechanical shocks (breaking, hanging, hitting, scratching, etc.), pets, rodents or other pests;
- Lack of guarantee certificate and fiscal invoice.
For manufacturing defects, the costs related to return transport are borne by our company.
